Title:Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager
Job Summary: 
Provide primary project leadership and voice of customer representation to new product development activities in schedule, budget, and technical facets.

Essential Job Functions / Primary Responsibilities:
Perform duties to Project Manager Standard Work, along with other duties as directed by NPD Engineering Manager, including, but not limited to:

• Provide technical support to estimating/sales for quoting new programs
• Participate in on/off site technical discussions/DFM reviews with customer
• Participate in tooling design review activities
• Identify outside suppliers for purchased items as required
• Develop/manage project timelines
• Facilitate/lead regular project updates/conference calls with customer
• Manage internal cross-functional resources ensuring completion of assigned deliverables
• Manage open sales order activity/dates for assigned NPD deliverables
• Review NPD outputs for profitability trend
• Participate in cross functional development and review/approval of manufacturing and quality documentation such as PSOP/SOP, FMEA, Method of Manufacture, Inspection Procedure, Test Method, etc.
• Contribute to data analysis and collaboration with Quality Engineering
• Continue engineering support for legacy products and support Lean Initiatives

Other Responsibilities:
• Follow ISO and Sil-Pro Quality System protocols
• Drive continuous improvement activities and support departmental goals and objectives
 Senior Level (including above):
• Provide mentorship for Project Managers

• Required 
- BS degree in Engineering or related field

• Desired
- BS degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with a focus on Polymer Science

• Required
- 2 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment 
 Senior Level (including above):
• Required
- 10 years minimum experience in Project Engineering or Program Management in a manufacturing environment

• Desired
- 2+ years of experience in polymer-related field performing the Essential Job Functions listed above
